1Eligibility & Registration

To open an account and use kp111's services, you must meet the conditions below. These are not just formalities — they are in place to protect you.

• You must be 18 years of age or older. Minors are not permitted to create or use an account.
• Online gaming must be legal in the country or region where you are located. You are solely responsible for complying with the laws applicable in your place of residence.
• All information provided during registration must be truthful and belong to you. Registering under a false identity or using someone else's details is strictly prohibited.
• Only one account may be registered per mobile number. Multiple accounts under the same person are not allowed.
• Registration is not available from countries or regions on the restricted list. Contact support to find out which countries are currently restricted.

2Account Rules & Responsibilities

Once your account is created, keeping it secure is your responsibility. kp111 does not know your password or login details and will never ask for them.

• Keep your account login credentials (number and password) completely private. Never share them with anyone.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If someone else uses your credentials and causes harm, the liability remains yours.
• Accounts cannot be transferred or sold. An account may only be used by the person in whose name it is registered.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact kp111 support immediately. Any losses resulting from delayed reporting will be your responsibility.
• KYC verification (national ID and selfie) must be completed before your first withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is done.

Kp111 reserves the right to suspend or close any account for any reason — particularly in cases of terms violations, suspicious activity, or evidence of fraud. We will make every effort to notify you, though immediate closure may occur without prior notice when necessary.

3Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

All financial transactions on kp111 are handled through familiar mobile banking methods used in Bangladesh. The full details are outlined below.

• The mobile number used for deposits and the number used for withdrawals must belong to the same person. Sending funds to someone else's number is not permitted.
• Once a bonus is accepted, withdrawals will not be permitted until the wagering requirement has been met. Wagering conditions are detailed on the bonus page.
• Payments made through third-party accounts or with incorrect information may result in the transaction being cancelled and the account suspended.
• There is a daily withdrawal limit — currently ৳2,00,000. A separate limit applies for VIP members.

4Betting & Gaming Rules

There are a few key rules to follow when placing bets on kp111. These rules ensure fairness and a good experience for all players.

• Odds for pre-match bets placed before a Sports Betting match kicks off are locked in and will not change, even if the odds displayed on the site are updated.
• In live betting, the odds at the moment each bet is placed will apply. If a bet is voided due to a connection failure, the stake will be refunded.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned (where less than 50% of the designated overs are played), your stake will be refunded.
• If a round in a slots or Live Casino game is interrupted due to a technical fault, kp111 will review the game state and provide a resolution.
• If a crash game ends prematurely due to a server issue, your bet will be refunded. This is processed automatically.
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will be treated as fraud.

5Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Kp111's bonus program is designed with Bangladeshi players in mind. It's always worth reading the terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement. Welcome bonuses typically require wagering 20–30 times the bonus amount.
• Bonus balance and real balance are shown separately. Real balance is wagered first, followed by bonus balance.
• Bonuses not used within a set period (typically 30 days) will expire, and both the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Bonus abuse — such as claiming the same offer multiple times or using another person's account to collect bonuses — is strictly prohibited.
• Kp111 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer without prior notice.
• Some bonuses are only valid for use on specific game categories. The eligible games are listed in each bonus's details.

6Security, Privacy & Data Protection

Kp111 treats the protection of your personal data as a top priority. We never sell your information to third parties.

8Changes to Terms, Disputes & Termination

• If a dispute arises, please contact kp111 support first to seek a resolution. Most issues are resolved within 48 hours.
• If support is unable to resolve your issue, you may escalate it to kp111's licensing authority. Contact support for the authority's details.
• If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
• Users may request account closure at any time. Please ensure all pending withdrawals are completed before closing your account.
